Notes：

1. Exhibitor’s Service Office is located in the west landing hall, please pay attention to it.
2. In the morning, July 17, 2023, it is only for exhibits transportation and machine commissioning, and the builder is not allowed to take the construction.
3. The Package Booth will start to be built on July 17, 2023. It is suggested that the exhibitors of the Package Booth come to register/move in on July 18, 2023.
4. During the exhibition period, exhibitors can enter the hall at 8:30 every day, and visitors can enter the hall at 9:00 every day. At 16:30, visitors are stopped to enter the hall. Please arrive and leave the booth on time every day.
5. If the exhibitors need to work overtime, you must notify the Organizer before 3:00 o’clock pm of the day. The Organizer will assist the exhibitors to go through formalities at the site office of the exhibition hall and pay relevant fees.  
6. When withdrawing/dismantling, the time for issuing the Goods Out Pass is 12:00 on July 22, 2022.
7. During the construction/move in period, if water, electricity and gas are needed for machine commissioning, please apply for temporary use (at your own expense) to the Official Stand Contractor as soon as possible.
8. The official time of power supply: 12:00 p.m. on July 18, 2022.
9. During the exhibition period (including the move in and display period), due to the mixture of on-site personnel, exhibitors are requested to take good care of their personal belongings and exhibits. Please take valuables and exhibits with you and do not leave them in the exhibition hall. During the exhibition, for the sake of the safety of the exhibits, exhibitors are requested to enter the exhibition hall half an hour before the visitors enter and leave the exhibition hall after the visitors leave. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage of the exhibitor's articles.  
10. The exact schedule of the exhibition shall be subject to theand on-site announcement.
