From the perspective of safety and order, according to the consistent practice, items entering and leaving the exhibition hall must have a "Good In Pass", sometimes referred to as "Goods In/Out Pass", no matter what name is used, it is the evidence for items entering and leaving the exhibition hall. Different venue have different regulations. Before carrying out, in order to understand the relevant regulations and procedures, the exhibitors and the builders must contact the Operation Department of MetalForm China Division of CCMI:

1. Goods-in Pass  

The security personnel of the exhibition hall shall release the goods during the exhibition period (including the move in, exhibition period and withdrawal) with the following certificates, and allow the goods to be brought into the exhibition hall.

(1) Vehicle with the articles shall be allowed to enter into the exhibition hall with the < Transport Vehicle Pass（Truck Pass）transport vehicle pass (vehicle pass)>. Please apply for < Transport Vehicle Pass（Truck Pass）> according to the applying procedure.

(2) Temporarily items brought in the hall should be taken in the hall by the <Goods-in Pass-MetalForm China > (see “↓ Goods-in Pass-MetalForm China (template)文件預覽Click to Download↓". Please fill in the <↓ Application Form of Furniture and Exhibits Move文件預覽Click to Download↓ in> and handle the< Goods-in Pass-MetalForm China> according to the regulations of the exhibition Organizer.

Attention: Most of the a.m. certificates need to be handled by exhibitors on site. However, the exhibitor must consult the Operation Department of MetalForm China Division of CCMI in advance to find out the handling place and procedures. 

2. Goods-out Pass

During the whole exhibition period (including exhibition move in, exhibition period and dismantle), the security personnel of the exhibition hall shall check the goods and exhibits leaving the exhibition hall with this <Goods-out Pass> and release them. If the goods filled in the <Goods-out Pass> do not conform to the actual situation, the security personnel of the exhibition hall have the right to refuse to release them.

According to the regulations of the Organizer, please handle the < ↓ Goods-out Pass文件預覽點擊下載此文件↓ >. When handling the <Goods-out Pass>, if necessary, please take the articles to the desk to issue < ↓ Goods-out Pass文件預覽點擊下載此文件↓ > for the inspection/checking of the issuing personnel. You can also ask the drawer to come to the exhibition stand for inspection.

Attention: If the items marked on the <Goods-out Pass> are inconsistent with the items brought out due to the exhibitor's reasons, all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the exhibitor.

3. Important

In order to ensure the safety of the exhibits during the move in and exhibiting period, the Organizer will not release the exhibits out of the exhibition hall in principle. If there are special reasons, the you can apply to the on-site Exhibitor’s Service Office of the Organizer, and the organizer will deal with them according to the actual situation. One hour before closing, no application.

On the last day of the exhibition, the Organizer will issue the <Goods-out Pass > to the exhibitor, and the exhibitor will remove all items with the <Goods-out Pass >.
